Temperature Monitor

Overview

The TM-series are dedicated temperature monitoring and alarm notification systems.

Whether the application is refrigeration, cooling and storage, buildings, vacation homes, food storage, data centers, vaccine and blood storage, etc., the TM-series offers all the features you need to be assured that if the temperature falls outside your desired range, you will be notified by: phone, pager, SMS text message or e-mail.

The TM-series even has a relay that can be automatically, or remotely, activated to turn on heaters, fans, compressors, etc.

The easy-to-use TM-series provides a low-cost solution to remote monitoring that is dependable and reliable - everything you want in an alarming and notification system with the same performance that you expect from an Antx product.

Unique features of the TM-series include local and remote programming, remote relay control, monitoring of on/off temperature switches and analog temperature sensors, user programmable voice messages and internal battery backup. The TM-series even calls you when it is time to replace the battery - so you will not miss those critical alarms when the power goes out.

TM-SWxProvides monitoring and alarming from temperature switches.
Devices that provide a simple On/Off indication for a temperature being above/below a manually set limit.
For example, alarm when the temperature in a refrigerator exceeds 45 degrees.
TM-SNxProvides monitoring and alarming from temperature sensors.
Devices that provide a continuous temperature reading allowing the TM-SN to determine if the temperature has violated a user-adjustable high and low limit.
For example, alarm when the temperature in a data center goes above 72 degrees or if it goes below 65 degrees and allow the user to call-in to receive the actual current temperature.

Programming made simple

  • All programming options are conveniently presented on the LCD display so you can select them using the keypad.
  • Conveniently located on the front panel are the microphone for recording and the speaker for playing back messages.
  • Historical events including all alarms, call-outs, relay controls, and acknowledgements are stored in the Event Log which can be retrieved locally or remotely.

Alarms being monitored

  • TM-SWx
    • Normally-open contacts from temperature switches.
    • Power fail and backup battery low level.
  • TM-SNx
    • Analog temperature sensors allow you to set independent high and low alarm points and to locally or remotely retrieve the actual current temperature.
    • Power fail and backup battery low level.

System status

  • The current value and status of all monitored temperatures can be obtained locally from the front panel or remotely over the phone.
  • The data log of daily maximum and minimum values can be obtained locally from the front panel.

Relay control

  • The relay can be automatically controlled when any individual channel goes into the alarm condition. It can even be activated on a high level and deactivated on a low level. Additionally, users can call-in to turn the relay on or off.
